If an authorized Louis Richard service center is unable to be located, then we highly encourage you to take your Louis Richard watch to a dependable watch repair facility. If you are unsatisfied with your Louis Richard watch and wish to return it, please do so through the selling entity by which you made your purchase. Once a Louis Richard watch has gone through the original purchase process, it may not be resold with the initial warranty applicable unless authentic proof of purchase (untampered or adjusted) is furnished by an authorized seller.
